Yes, we currently deliver across India. International shipping is not available unless mentioned on the product page.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Timelines may vary due to location, courier, weather, or festive delays.

Once shipped, tracking details are shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

We accept prepaid payments (UPI, cards, net banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected locations and products.

No. COD availability depends on the product and delivery location. Repeated COD refusal may result in COD being disabled.

Before shipment: Full refund available. After shipment: Cancellation may not be possible.

Returns are accepted if the product is damaged, defective, wrong, missing, expired (if applicable), or significantly different from the description.

Perishable goods, opened food items, personal care products, customized items, digital products, and items marked as Non-Returnable.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Contact customer support, share order details and reason, and provide images or videos if requested. Pickup or further instructions will be shared after approval.

Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI. Cash refunds are not available.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of wrong or defective product delivery.

Please report damaged or incomplete packages within 24 hours of delivery along with images or videos for verification.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
